We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Amazon Brand Analysis Manager who is passionate about analysis, reporting, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon operations, exceptional knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel formulas, and extensive experience in project management. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication. As the Brand Analysis Manager, you will oversee the brand analysis team, manage projects, ensure data accuracy, motivate team members, and enhance the messaging and presentation of brand analysis findings.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master our Amazon brand analysis process.
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the brand analysis team to ensure efficient project completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Update upper management on the daily status of ongoing brand analysis projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between the brand analysis team and upper management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all brand analysis reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Enhance the English messaging and explanation of various brand analysis points and findings.
  • Track the progress of new client brand analyses and proactively follow up with clients to address data and reporting needs.
  • Analyze the current brand analysis process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead weekly team meetings, sharing insights and fostering a collaborative environment.


  • Extensive Amazon experience and knowledge gained through brand management or working within an Amazon service agency.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and navigation.
  • Advanced knowledge and at least three years of hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and formulas.
  • Fully remote with reliable internet service.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects and requests efficiently.
  • Warm, friendly, and approachable personality with the ability to connect with team members and upper management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work during U.S. EST/EDT hours for effective collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
