Realizar preparacao e organizacao de todo e qualquer material que sera usado durante seu turno de trabalho (mise-en-place) visando um perfeito andamento do servico (atendimento) nos picos de grande movimento;
Higienizacao e estocagem de materiais para reposicao no salao (copos, talheres, montagens para as mesas, dobras de guardanapo, toalhas etc.);
Limpeza e reposicao das menages (sal, azeite, pimenta, acucareiros, porta adocantes);
Organizacao dos aparadores do salao;
Manutencao de toda a prataria do restaurante (talheres, baldes de gelo, bules, acucareiros e demais pratarias);
