Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer service calls and emails.
  • Prepare quotations and relevant paperwork.
  • Prepare and maintain proper documentation of orders and enquiries.
  • Communicating and liaising with different teams for schedule management.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to sales.
  • Preparation of marketing tools via brochures and samples.
  • Light to medium carrying and wrapping of goods.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required as assigned by other departments.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge and proficient with software such as Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Organised, meticulous, and detailed in processing of work.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Mature with intiative and able to work independently.
  • Able to cope with fast-paced environment.
  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
