Role Description
Our explosive growth has opened up a host of new opportunities; we are presently seeking Account Executives for the Brazilian market, working fully remote, to help us continue our rapid scaling.
Our Account Executives work closely with our SDR team (presently a 1:1 ratio) to open up new opportunities in the market. We have a paradigm-shattering pricing plan that dramatically lowers the barrier of entry for our clients and utterly defuses one of the most common objections in the space.
Once you’re working with a potential client, sourced via inbound leads from our marketing group (the G2 accolades certainly help us here,) SDR prospecting, or your own strategic outreach, you’ll work the entire lifecycle of the deal, with hands-on assistance from any and all resources in the company.
Responsibilities:

  • Conducting full-lifecycle sales, from prospecting to close;
  • Owning your territory and the attack plan thereof; building an impeccable plan to hit your daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets;
  • Be an awesome colleague. We spend more time together than we do with our family; we should be helping, encouraging, and lifting each other up, at all times;
  • Impeccably maintaining our CRM;
  • Independent work, but real-time support and assistance from your team and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 total years of work experience in IT, Software. At least 2 years working full-lifecycle Software sales. Preference for candidates with experience in RPA or BPO
  • Experience with a full sales stack, including modern CRM, MS Office / GDocs, cadence tools, lead databases, etc.
  • Experience working with both indirect/channel and direct sales. High degree of familiarity with the MSP market is required
  • Executive presence via Zoom; you’re comfortable dealing with both business users and the c-level
  • You’ve worked in a fast-growing tech startup. Ideally for 2+ years. You know exactly what that entails
  • Experience working together with Pre-Sales engineering to conduct demonstrations
  • Automation experience is great, but at the very least, an understanding of the tenets here
  • Experience with a structured sales methodology
  • Remote-work experience in an AE role (pre or post-2020 is fine!)
  • Fluent English and Portuguese
  • Ready for remote work: a quiet place with high-speed Internet, powerful PC/laptop (OS: Windows 10, 11 Pro/Mac/Linux), and headset
