Job Description

Influencing and guiding the leadership of functional areas under their responsibility regarding best practices in people management, structuring the actions to be implemented, advising the leadership on best practices, and monitoring the execution of proposed actions while acting on correction whenever necessary.
Ensuring closeness with the leadership of client areas, influencing and providing tools on best practices in people management, participating in the routine and strategic forums of the business area in order to understand the internal client’s strategic challenge and be part of the decision-making process.
Ensuring alignment with specialist areas regarding the needs of business areas by sharing specific business strategies from their service area, co-creating customized solutions.
Defining and managing the OPEX under their responsibility according to the strategic needs of the HR area, planning according to all organizational premises and monthly controlling the budget of the area.
Supporting the management of indicators related to people management by analyzing and proposing action plans related to HR indicators (e.g. turnover, personnel costs, overtime bank, succession plan coverage, training, engagement, goal cards, etc.).
Supporting the cultural transformation process through the implementation of programs and initiatives that promote meritocracy, collaboration, and leadership development. Location: Jaragua do Sul, Santa Catarina.
