岗位职责：

1、承接公司战略，根据政策、市场、客户、竞争对手的情况对公司当前及未来海外布局提出可靠性建议；

2、组织搭建国际化运营的相关制度、体系、流程，并落地；

3、负责公司当前海外分支、驻点的统筹管理工作，包括但不限于中短期工作计划、各驻点主要业绩目标制定、分解和达成；

4、搭建并管理海外团队，完成人才招募和后备人才梯队建设，确保团队稳定与持续发展；

5、负责新的海外分支或驻点的规划和筹建工作；

6、和中国总公司保持密切联系，是公司管理各个海外分支驻点机构的抓手。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子或其他工科专业，英语流利，会西班牙语，45周岁以下；

2、有海外跨国公司（制造业、海外投资、海外建厂）管理工作背景，或经历过海外拓建成功经验；

3、了解拉丁美洲、非洲、中亚或亚洲水表、燃气表、电表三表行业，有较强的行业资源整合能力，具备前述领域上下游关键系统等核心岗位经验；

4、强大的横向、纵向管理能力、团队整合能力及复杂问题分析和解决能力；

5、务实、高效，韧性强。
